Sheffield Oaks 12 - 31 Old Rishworthians

Man of The Match - The man, the legend..Paul Crookes
D.O.D - Tom for trying to catch a ball with his face.
Golden Moment - Frets - he almost stopped as he slowly realised he had a free run to the try line
Quote of the Day - 'I saw the gap, I just couldn't get my leg up' - Bonzo goes a bit Carry On as he explains how he gifted Rishworthians a try.
Many Thanks to - Sheffield Tigers for lending us their third pitch, which was in a better state than our first (and only) pitch. Though we do think they were showing off a bit with their hot showers and pitch markings.

Oaks fought hard during their final home game of the season but couldn't overcome Old Rishworthians who maintained there 100% record in Yorkshire 5. First half tries from the enigmatic Terry Marshall, the emphatic Mark Fretwell, and a conversion from the phlegmatic Jim Feetham saw a pragmatic Oaks side take an early as they were lead by the..erm... pneumatic (?) Paul Crookes. Oaks however remained vulnerable to turnover ball and were hit several times by an efficient Rishworthians team.
