PLAYER’S CHARTER

    ·        All players to complete RFU registration forms.

    ·        All players to pay £50 annual subscription (this includes a club tie).

    ·        If you are unable to attend training please notify the coaching staff or a teammate.

    ·        Notify the selection committee with your match day availability at the earliest opportunity in person, by

             phone or Facebook etc.

    ·        Provisional team selection will take place Tuesday evenings; final team selection will be confirmed on

             Thursday.

•    All players must register using the form at the bottom of this page, once this is done you are insured and legally able to play for Sheffield Oaks RUFC.

    Match Days

    ·        Notify unavailability at the earliest opportunity.

    ·        Dress code – shirt and club tie.

    ·        Match fees:

              -          £5.00.

              -          £2.50 (Students/Unemployed).

              -          £2.50 (Substitutes who get to play).

    ·        Consider contributing to the cost of fuel for away fixtures.

    ·        Laundry – the kit will be washed by players using a rota system.

    Match fees are needed to pay the referee (currently £20.00) and purchase drinks for the referee along with our

    ‘Man of the Match’, ‘Dick of the Day’ and the opposition’s ‘Man of the Match’.
