NEWS - Vets Make A Return!

 

 

This month saw Oaks Vets made a winning start to their season under the new leadership of prop John Danks. This victory over a strong tigers side has seen a new lease of life breathed into the team.  With success in the air The vets are looking to line up more fixtures to show South Yorkshire they are not dead and burried - YET!!

 

Players are not quite sure as of yet if it was the lack of oxygen to their brains after running arround for 80 mins or the beers consumed after the game.  But some of the Vets are even keen to step up and play for the 2nds!

 

Oaks is a great club open to players of any ability, close to town and easy to get to.  So regardless of your playing history get down to Oaks and join in! Come down and watch a game and have abeer in the bar that overlooks the pitch.
